A group of under the Progressive Youths for Makinde’s Presidency 2027 has endorsed Governor Seyi Makinde for the presidency of Nigeria in 2027.

This was revealed by the Progressive Youths for Makinde’s Presidency 2027 Initiative, through it National Convener Prince Christopher Odianarewo in their letter to Governor Seyi Makinde today.

The group stated that Governor Makinde’s administration has prioritized accessible healthcare for all citizens, renovating hospitals and clinics, and investing in medical personnel training.

The statement further noted that Makinde’s response to health emergencies, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcased exemplary leadership and proactive approach that has saved countless lives.

They added that the governor’s efforts in building infrastructural facilities and improving the curriculum have elevated educational standards, empowering the youth to compete on both national and global platforms.

The statement said that Governor Makinde’s drive to provide scholarships and support programs for talented students demonstrates a commitment to fostering the next generation of leaders in Nigeria.

The group further hinted that Governor Makinde’s focus on enhancing social amenities has created an improved living environment, making the day-to-day experiences of citizens more enjoyable.

They stressed that initiatives to boost local production and support farmers have strengthened food security, provided employment opportunities, and stimulated economic growth.

They commended Governor Makinde’s commitment to security which is vital in today’s world noting that the empowerment of local security outfits and the fostering of community policing strategies under his administration have Instilled a sense of safety and trust within the communities in Oyo State.

The statement stated that Governor Makinde’s leadership has laid down a model of governance that is both progressive and inclusive stressed that his achievements have not only transformed Oyo state but have also demonstrated his capability to lead Nigeria effectively.
