Laja Adeoye Courts PDP Women Leaders, Unveils ‘Better Lagos Agenda 2027

A Lagos State governorship aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party, Laja Adeoye, has held an interactive session with women leaders of the party across the state as part of ongoing political consultations ahead of the 2027 elections.
The meeting, which brought together PDP women leaders from all 20 Local Government Areas, also had in attendance party representatives from the Lagos West, Lagos Central, and Lagos East Senatorial Districts.

Speaking during the session, Adeoye described the engagement as productive and inspiring, noting that it provided an opportunity to connect with grassroots stakeholders and discuss the future of Lagos.
He said the women leaders expressed strong support for his policy blueprint, the “Better Lagos Agenda 2027,” codenamed “Atunto Eko 1.0,” which he said is focused on inclusiveness and development across the state.

Adeoye emphasized the importance of women in the political process, stating that their involvement remains critical to achieving sustainable growth and governance.
He added that his vision is to build a more inclusive and prosperous Lagos through collective efforts and people-oriented policies.
The PDP aspirant reaffirmed his commitment to continued engagement with party stakeholders and residents as part of efforts to actualize his agenda for the state.
