You Will Receive 13th Month Salary After Christmas Celebration, Makinde Assures Oyo Workers

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on Sunday, announced that the 13th-month salary will be paid on 27th December, 2021.

Makinde made the announcement on Sunday at the 3rd Christmas Carol programme held at the Government House Arcade, Agodi, Ibadan.

“I want to thank you all for the support you have given us so far. I also want to appreciate our market women. Last week, you were complaining that people did not come to the market to patronise you.

“Anyway, last Friday, we paid December salaries so that people can come to buy things from you. But if you think you don’t want to spend it because of the fear of where to get another money, don’t worry, you will receive your 13th-month bonus on the 27th, which you can use for the New Year celebration,” He stated,

Recall the governor had on Friday 17 paid the December salaries and pensions.
