El-Rufai Reveals Names of People Cabals Wanted as Buhari’s Successor
Kaduna state governor Nasir El-Rufai has revealed the name of the politician the presidential palace cabal hoped to succeed at the end of President Muhammad Buhari’s term.
According to El-Rufai, elements of the Aso rock would be the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, if the party ticket was moved south, and Senate Speaker Ahmad Ahmad if the ticket was moved north.
