Nnamdi Kanu discharged, acquitted

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has been discharged and acquitted by the Appeal Court, Abuja.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, one of Kanu’s lawyers confirmed the development on Thursday evening.
The court ruled that the “extraordinary rendition” of Kanu from Kenya is declared illegal and consequently constitutes a bar to further trial.
“Appeal allowed , Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi KANU, discharged and acquitted.
We have won !
