PDP Primaries: Dare Adeleke appeals to losers to accept defeat for peace to reign

Chairman Pacesetter Transport Service, Hon Dare Adeleke has appealed to all aspirants that lost their aspiration at the recent primary election to let peace reign and allow party leaders to handle all grievances inorder to leader the party to success at the forthcoming election.

He stated this at the primary election, held at Oyo South senatorial district.

Hon. Adeleke explained that in the Democratic setting a candidate would lose while a candidate would win an election, which contestants must take note.

He further said that the party at the state level will appeal to all aggrieved shield their sword and allow peace to reign.

Hon. Adeleke heaped praise on governor Seyi makinde for his doggedness and for his unification mechanism used in maintaining peace in the state.

He stated that : “As you aware that all the 32 local government Honourable were returned yesterday peacefully without any rancour”.

“The unification mechanism is Seyi makinde, the man that united the bunch of the P.D.P in the south west not even in Oyo State alone, so this man that believe in peace and he will always preach peace, unity and that is what we are enjoying today”.

Adeleke added that : “in the Democratic norm, we have people that will lose election, while definitely somebody is going to carry the day but yet we still that one family, just like the two siblings in the house, one will surely go to the school, one will come first, one may come second, even last but it doesn’t make them neglect their siblings there”.

He concluded that “they will continue to be siblings we will continue to talk to our people, we will continue to move together, we will continue to propagate the ideal of Seyi makinde which is unity and that is exactly what we are using as our own method”.
