BAF Set to Hold 2025 Mega Empowerment & Economic Relief Programme (Batch 2) in Ibadan Tomorrow
The Bayo Adelabu Foundation (BAF) has announced that the 2025 Mega Empowerment and Economic Relief Programme, Batch 2 will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the BAF Foundation House, located beside FoodCo Supermarket, Jericho, Ibadan.
The initiative, which forms part of the Foundation’s ongoing empowerment series, aims to provide strategic economic support to APC youths, women, and leaders across Oyo State.
Speaking ahead of the event, Comrade Femi Awogboro, the Foundation’s Spokesman, said the second batch underscores Chief Bayo Adelabu’s unwavering commitment to capacity development, grassroots empowerment, and sustainable political engagement beyond election periods.
“This phase reinforces our dedication to people-oriented empowerment focused on financial discipline, mindset transformation, and long-term sustainability,” Awogboro noted.
The empowerment event will also feature a special lecture titled “Beyond Politics: Survival Strategies for Party Stakeholders,” to be delivered by Prof. Stephen Lafenwa of the Department of Political Science, University of Ibadan.
According to Awogboro, the lecture is designed to reorient participants towards personal growth, entrepreneurship, and community impact, while strengthening party values and positioning.
He further disclosed that a total of ₦100 million has been earmarked for this phase of the empowerment fund, targeting selected APC youths, women, and party leaders drawn from across the state.
The Bayo Adelabu Foundation has advised all invited participants to be seated by 11:00 a.m. prompt at the venue.
