The Chairman Advisory Council to Governor Seyi Makinde, Chief Bolaji Ayorinde SAN, has commended Governor Makinde for his visionary leadership in making Oyo state economically viable by turning it into a regional business hub in the Southwest zone.
Chief Bolaji Ayorinde SAN gave the remarks at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Upgrade of Ladoke Akintola International Airport, highlighting the various achievements of Governor Makinde, ranging from interconnectivity of road networks in the state, empowering farmers to boost food security, and providing operational vehicles to security agencies.
Chief Ayorinde SAN explained that the upgrade of the airport is imperative to improve the economy of the state by attracting more investments in business, manufacturing, and technology sectors, which would position Ibadan as a regional business hub.
He further hailed Governor Makinde for his leadership style in promoting development and ensuring peace and tranquility in the state.
Governor Makinde’s administration has established initiatives such as the Rule of Law Enforcement Authority to foster a culture of legal compliance among citizens
