Adeoye Charges APM Candidates on Unity, Grassroots Engagement
…As Lagos governorship hopeful says residents are ready to embrace alternative leadership
Candidates of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) for the governorship, Senate, House of Representatives and Lagos State House of Assembly on Monday held a strategic meeting with the Lagos State leadership of the party as part of preparations for the 2027 general elections.
The meeting focused on strengthening party structures, mobilising grassroots support and outlining strategies aimed at positioning the party for victory in the forthcoming elections.

Speaking during the meeting, the APM governorship candidate in Lagos State, Prince Laja Adeoye, expressed confidence in the party’s growing popularity across the state, declaring that Lagos residents were ready to embrace the APM.

Adeoye charged all candidates to remain committed and united in pursuit of the party’s vision, assuring them that the electorate would overwhelmingly support the party in 2027.
According to him, the APM is determined to provide credible leadership and alternative governance capable of addressing the challenges facing Lagos State and improving the welfare of residents.

He also urged party members and supporters to intensify grassroots engagement and sustain efforts aimed at expanding the party’s reach across all local government areas of the state.
The meeting was attended by party stakeholders, candidates and members of the Lagos State executive council of the APM.
