Alausa 2027: Laja Adeoye the rallying point candidate for all oppositions and Lagos masses.
Lagos Youth Movement In the marble halls of Alausa, where the fate of Africa’s most dynamic megacity has been decided for over two decades, a new wind is blowing.
Lagos, once the pride of Nigeria, the engine of West Africa’s economy, has been left on autopilot by the ruling APC.
Decades of promises have delivered gridlocked roads, darkened neighbourhoods, and a generation of young people asking why their state feels so far from their dreams.
But 2027 is not just another election year. It is the year Lagosians can finally reclaim their destiny.
And at the centre of that reclamation stands one man, Laja Adeoye, the undisputed rallying point for every opposition voice in Lagos, who should be voted for enmass as the next Governor of Lagos State.
The time has come for every opposition party, every disillusioned stakeholder, every frustrated citizen, residents and masses across political divides to do what history demands, queue behind Laja Adeoye.
Why him? Because he brings something the APC has long forgotten, a powerful personal brand that resonates with the streets and the boardrooms alike, proven competence as a serial entrepreneur and real-estate visionary, the capacity to execute at scale, and the unassailable character of a man who has never been caught in the web of corruption that defines Lagos politics. Laja is not another politician; he is the bridge that can finally carry Lagos away from the APC’s suffocating stranglehold and into the sunlight of real dividends of democracy. But let this warning ring loud and clear across every opposition camp, the APC is a master of infiltration.
They do not only contest elections, they plant “staged candidates” inside other parties like Trojan horses.
These agents destabilise from within, create artificial divisions, siphon resources, and, once the election dust settles, quietly return to the APC fold with their assignment complete. Remember 2023? The once mighty PDP was systematically decimated in Lagos.
Its principal actors, once fiery critics of the ruling party, are today card carrying members of the same APC they claimed to oppose. History is repeating itself unless we remain vigilant.
If oppositions allow themselves to be corrupted, compromised or infiltrated again, 2027 will simply be another coronation for the status quo, where they will only labor in vain over crumbs placed in their hands to work against themselves.
Lagosians, beware the danger of allowing a cabal to continue choosing and imposing governors on you. For too long, a tiny circle of godfathers has sat in smoke filled rooms deciding who wears the crown while the people are reduced to mere spectators. Enough should be Enough.
The era of imposed leadership must end. The people must choose and in Laja Adeoye, they have a candidate who represents freshness of ideas and energy to truly serve you, not recycled excuses.
He is a homegrown Lagosian who feels the pains of the market woman in Oshodi, the okada rider battling traffic in Agege, the student studying under a candle in Ajegunle, and the retiree struggling with healthcare in Epe.
He is a friend of the masses, not a distant overlord. Under Laja, governance will no longer be a privilege for the connected few, it will be a direct, personal contract between the government and every single Lagosian. At the heart of this new contract is the Better Lagos Agenda 2027, Àtunto Èkó 1.0 (Re-Engineering Lagos for Inclusive Prosperity).
This is not another dusty manifesto. It is a living blueprint designed to touch the life of the common man old and young, man and woman, boy and girl in ways Lagos has never experienced.Reliable Power and Emergency Response: Through Independent Power Projects and renewable energy farms, Laja will end the era of “NEPA has taken light.”
Families will cook, businesses will thrive, and students will read at night. Fully equipped Emergency Response Centres in all 20 LGAs will ensure that when tragedy strikes be it a flood, accident or health crisis help is minutes away, not hours. Mothers, children and the elderly will sleep easier knowing rescue is real.
Affordable Housing Revolution: As a leading real-estate developer, Laja will deliver mass low and middle income housing across every division, re-integrate economically displaced indigenes, and end the shame of slums and flooding.
The common man will finally own a roof over his head instead of renting from eternity.Economic Diversification and Jobs: Tech hubs, SME support, tourism, ocean economy, agriculture and industrial clusters will create hundreds of thousands of sustainable jobs.
Youths will no longer roam the streets in frustration; women will run thriving enterprises; families will breathe as the cost of living drops through reduced multiple taxation and local production.Education, Healthcare and Civil Service Reform: World-class schools, upgraded hospitals, and a motivated, well-rewarded civil service will ensure every child, rich or poor, gets a fighting chance.
The elderly will receive dignified healthcare, and public servants will work with pride instead of survival mode.Security, Environment and Local Governance: Enhanced safety, sustainable waste management and true local government autonomy will bring governance closer to the people, making every ward feel the impact of leadership.
This is a re-engineered Lagos where inclusive prosperity is not a slogan but a daily reality. The ordinary Lagosian will not need “connections” to access good leadership.
Government will become a friendly, responsive, transparent and accountable, delivering succour directly to the doorstep of every Lagosians.
To make this vision a reality, all political parties, especially the opposition, must now rally behind Laja Adeoye.
Through the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) and every available platform, inclusive of civil society organization, student bodies, religious organizations, business sectors, creative industry, legal bodies, market organizations, Lagos masses and others, they must mobilise support, pool resources, and speak with one voice.
This is not the time for ego or narrow ambition; it is the time for strategic unity. Oppositions must work tirelessly to remain uncompromised, screening out infiltrators, rejecting “staged candidates,” and building iron-clad integrity. Only then can the change of government from APC in 2027 become inevitable.Laja Adeoye represents Unity, the kind that galvanises opposition interests across a broad spectrum.
He is youthful, energetic and youth friendly, a young leader himself who will drive massive youth participation through deliberate policies that put the next generation in the driver’s seat of governance, innovation and decision making.Alausa 2027 is calling.
The APC’s autopilot era is ending. The cabals are losing their grip. The people are rising. Let every opposition voice, every progressive mind, every suffering Lagosian now queue behind the man with the brand, the competence, the capacity and the character to lead, and he is Laja Adeoye.
