Fendini Group Appoints New Chief Security officer for Rayfield Garden City Estate

The Fendini Group, the developers of Rayfield Gardens City Estate, has announced the appointment of Kazeem Adewale as the estate’s new Chief Security Officer.

The statement which was made by the Management of Rayfield Garden City Estate, headed by Miss Halima Abdulrafiu and released to newsmen to abreast the resident of the Rayfield Garden City Estate on how the management of the state took safety, lives and property of it resident.

According to the statement Kazeem brings over 15 years of experience in security management, with a Higher Diploma in Criminology and Security Studies from the Institute of Criminology and Strategic Studies.

He is also currently pursuing a degree course at the University of Ibadan, with specialized security training.

As Chief Security Officer, Kazeem will be responsible for implementing security policies, managing security operatives, assets, and systems to ensure the operational effectiveness of the estate.

His appointment is part of the group’s strategic plans to prioritize the safety and security of lives and property within the estate.

According to the management of Fendini Group, the safety and security of residents, workers, contractors, property owners, and staff remain their top priority.

The group urged all stakeholders to extend their full cooperation to Kazeem as he undertakes his duties.
