Pastor Adeboye Leads ‘Light-Up Ibadan’ Crusade, March 14th-15th

An Interdenominational Evangelistic Coalition has organized an open crusade in Ibadan to save more soul into the kingdom of God, to enlightened the world that have been full of darkness.
The Program which was theme “Light-Up Ibadan” which would be coming up on the 14th to 15th of March 2025.
The Program will kick-off 3pm on Friday while on Saturday would be 12 noon, Venue is Liberty Stadium, Oke-Ado, Ibadan, Oyo State.
The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye will be the guest Minister of God and with other great men of God that would grace the program.
It would be recall that Light-Up Lagos had been held in Lagos last week where people of Lagos state and it environ were liberated and blessed.
Addressing Journalist at a Press Conference, The Assistant Continental Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God and Regional Pastor of Region 21, Assistant, Pastor Ezekiel Afolayan, representing the Chairman Local Organizing Committee, Pastor Jide Ojurongbe Explained the reason of the program, According to him, he said is to bring more souls into the kingdom of God noting that the topic of the program was coined from where there is no light, there would be darkness and darkness has surrounded the world and that was the reason of the Light-Up Ibadan program.
He said that when at the inception of the program last three years, the organizers felt the program should move around all the strata of the society of inorder to be enlightened and to be delivered from darkness into the marvelous light of God.
Pastor Afolayan further disclosed why the program is being staged in Ibadan because the organizers believe that the state capital and the state at large needed to receive the light of God inorder to be ate free from darkness.
He further noted that as RCCG has been fasting in hundreds and the great men of God in the state does not want the fasting to be a waste stressed that it was the reason of the invitation to the The Enoch Adeboye.
Pastor Afolayan averred that situations that has been stayed for a very long with divine intervention would be solve on the two days progy.
He further said that arrangements that would ensure the safety of the program are in top gear to ensure the success of the program.
The Pastor noted that the committee have had meetings with the security agencies in the state, to map out the strategies to ensure there is maximum security for and avoid stampede.
According to Pastor Afolayan the committee also held meetings with Commissioner for health Dr. Oluwaserimi Ajetunmobi who promised to give ambulance for the program.
He added that the Church security named “Redeemed Vanguard” would be available to ensure there is no stampede at the two days program.
Pastor Afolayan said that people should not be afraid to come to the program on Friday and Saturday stressing that all plan is on ground to ensure the safe of the program.
He also promised that over forty buses would be available at every designated places to take people from the places to the venue and take them back to their various destination.
The Pastor expressed that the uniqueness of the Light-Up Ibadan is because Ibadan would hosting Light-Up for the first for Many years that the program have been held in other states and Pastor Adeboye would be going to Liberty stadium for the first time.
The program which would be hosting many Spiritual gospel singers from other denominations and men of God to make the program unique, liberate souls and for heaven to open over Nigeria.
The local organizing Committee called on the inhabitants of Oyo State and Nigeria to come pray and be liberated from the shackles of darkness.
Some of the Men of that would attend the program are; Bishop Francis Wale Oke, Bishop T.V Adelakun, Reverend Moses Aransiola, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Oyo State chairman, Pastor Ajetunmobi, Pastor Odekunle popularly known as Baba Ephaphras, Pastor Femi Emmanuel and others.
