OYRTMA Sets Up Special Toll-Free Line For Ease of Communication For Residents

Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA) has set-up a special toll free line and special lines fir ease of communication with the public, quick response to traffic infringement, accident at a cost free line for better service to the public.

The statement was made through it public relation officer to avail public the opportunity to let their complaints be know to the agency and for better service.

The statement explained that the free line and special will be converted in a three digit figure by the indigenous telecommunication service provider Globacom for better service delivery.

The Statement advised the men and officers of the agency to start using the toll free and special lines by sending the numbers to the public for better service delivery.

However, the executive chairman of the agency, Major Adesagba Adekoya rtd, admonished the public to make use of the numbers invented for public complaints for cordial relationship between the public and the Agency.

The statement read “It is pertinent we bring this to the knowledge of all men and Officers of this Authority that for quite some weeks ago, the Executive Chairman of OYRTMA Major Adesagba Adekoya rtd has deemed it as a matter of necessity and importance that the Authority have it’s special lines and Toll Free line for ease of communication with the public, quick response to traffic infringement, accident and mostly at a cost free especially with the Toll free line which will also soonest be converted in a three digit figure by the just reported indigenous Telecommunicationservice provider Globacom.

“To this end, let us avail ourselves the opportunity encapsulated in using of this lines and sending same to the public.
