By Ogundele Olanrewaju
The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon came from a goal down to beat Burkina Faso 2-1 in the opening game of the Africa Cup of Nations.
An acrobatic volley from Gustavo Sangare put the Burkinabe infront in the 24th minute at the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde.

And Gustavo Sangare becomes the first player to score at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
But captain Vincent Aboubakar later scored twice for Cameroon from the spot before half-time. Aboubakar scored the winner when Cameroon last lifted the Nations Cup in 2017.
Andre Onana made two crucial second-half saves as the host country opened their Group A campaign with victory.

Cameroon who are looking to lift the continental trophy for a sixth time, will be in action again on Tuesday, against Ethiopia.
