Ido LG Chairman, Adeojo, Commissions Borehole Projects, To Install More Solar Light In Communities
The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government area of Oyo State, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, is set to embark on installation of solar light in rural communities across the Council areas.
Hon. Adeojo disclosed this on Thursday during the commissioning of motorized borehole at Arowosaye and Onigbodogi communities in Ward 5 and Ward 4 of the local government.
The Council boss also assured the community that their roads will be rehabilitated as soon as possible for the betterment of farmers in the area.
Hon. Adeojo expressed his gratitude to the people of Ido Local Government for their support towards the success of re-election of governor Makinde during the last Saturday’s gubernatorial election.
Adeojo, who recalled that his administration commissioned motorized boreholes at Ilaju and Elewe communities last month, added that projects that will drive development in the council will be given utmost attention.
Present at the event were Hon. Tirimisiyu Abidoye, Leader of the Legislative Council and other political functionaries; Dr (Mrs) Kunbi Ojo, Head of Local Government Administration and other Directors and Pa Bashir Adeshiyan.
