Soji Akanbi Celebrates 3SC Return To NPFL, Commends Gov. Makinde And Club’s Management Team

The founder, Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi Foundation (RAAF), Senator Adesoji Akanbi has congratulated Shooting Stars Sports Club, 3SC on its return to Nigerian Professional Football League. Oluyole Warriors defeated Ekiti United FC 6-0 on aggregate to secure promotion to NPFL from Nigerian National League.

Okanlomo of Ibadanland also commended Gov. Seyi Makinde for a job well done in providing resources and support for Oluyole Warriors to return to top flight Nigerian League.

Akanbi in his congratulatory message to 3SC eulogized the doggedness and team spirit exhibited by the players to secure return to NPFL.

“The hope of the players to return to NPFL was dashed out last year due to COVID-19 pandemic. I sincerely acknowledge the good work done by the coaching crew and management team of our darling 3SC.

“Returning Oluyole Warriors to era late Ibadan philanthropist, Chief Lekan Salami left the club should be the priority of players and relevant stakeholders. I want to urge everyone to support 3SC in order to reclaim its lost position as football club to reckon with in Nigeria and Africa continent.

“Bringing Crown FC Ogbomoso should be the next target of government in area of sports development. This will no doubt make Oyo State home of talent footballers without neglecting other section of sports”.
