2023: Stakeholders advocate psychometric analysis for would-be politicians

As the 2023 general election draws closer, stakeholders in Ibadan have advocated for the inclusion of psychometric analysis for politicians which they envisaged would bridge the leadership deficit.

Chairman Governing Council Psychometric center Abimbola Davis stated this during the course of a symposium organised for journalists.

He said judging by the myriad of problems confronting us as a nation it has become most expedient to properly scrutinize those individuals seeking public office.

While speaking with journalists, the assistant director academic psychometric centre, Mr Ido Chukwu Explained that Psychometric can be of help to Nigeria in placing the right candidate on the right in a right position to in building the nation through choosing a good leader.

He further said that Psychometric can also help in almost every aspect of individual endeavour stressed that if one cannot identify the ability one particular person, one will not be able to adequately utilize the strength they have and one will not be able to identify their weakness they have inorder to correct them.

Dr.Ugo added that if Psychometric can be applied as a means of choosing leaders in Nigeria, the country might not have leadership deficit.

In her remark the head of corporate affairs department, Mrs Patience Udoh said that Psychometric give an indept knowledge of how best ones can do things well.

She added that, in leadership Psychometric teach on how to represent oneself and also predict on leadership trait one fit in.

Mrs Udoh further noted that government can come in area of sponsorship stressed that Nigeria leaders need to inculcate and introduce in Psychometric in institution, it will make Nigerians to know where they fit in.
