CCII expresses readiness to complete new Olubadan palace

The Central Council of Ibadan indigines (CCII) has disclosed that the much anticipated newly built Olubadan palace will be completed this year which would be hand-over to the new Olubadan of Ibadanland.
This was stated by the president of the Central Council of Ibadan Oyo indigines, Prince Oluyemisi Adeaga during a courtesy visit by the CCII to the new installed Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial majesty Oba Senator Mohood Olalekan Ishola Balogun, (Alli Okunmade 11) at his palace, Alarere, Ibadan.
Prince Adeaga explained the purpose of their visit which is to pledged their loyalty to the new Olubadan and the Ibadan indigines to received blessing from the royal father for the progress of the land which would translate to progressive for all the indigines of Ibadan land.
He further explained the effort of all the indigines of Ibadan land to ensure the new palace which is under construction is completed in time inorder to hand over the palace to the new Olubadan.
In his remark, the new Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial majesty Oba Senator Mohood Olalekan Ishola Balogun, (Alli Okunmade 11) who was represented by High chief Osi Balogun, Tajudeen Ajibola charged the Central Council of Ibadan indigines to put more effort in curbing land grabbers and ensure security of the land is paramount in their activities.
Olubadan of Ibadanland further urged the Central Council of Ibadan indigines to ensure the completion of the new palace which is under construction to move fast.
He promised to work for the good of the land and not to disappoint the good people of Ibadanland.
The visitation of the Central Council of Ibadan indigines (CCII) to the newly installed Olubadan of Ibadanland is in line with the program of Ibadan week which has started on Sunday and end on Saturday.
