MINARA Describes Makinde Manifesto as Blueprint For a Prosperous and Secure Nigeria

The Makinde National Reset Advocates (MINARA) has described the ResetNigeria Manifesto unveiled by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) Presidential Candidate, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, as a comprehensive blueprint for a prosperous and secure Nigeria.

In a statement issued by its National Coordinator, Bashorun Saintabey, the group said Nigeria is in urgent need of a hard reset, and the manifesto provides a clear and practical path forward.

According to MINARA, the manifesto is built on four vital pillars:

Resetting the Economy: Lowering the cost of living and boosting productivity.

Restructuring Security: Intelligence-led, proactive and community-driven safety.

Reforming Education: Linking learning outcomes directly to skills and sustainable opportunities.

Resetting the Socio-Political System: Strengthening institutions and making federalism truly work.

Bashorun Saintabey noted that the manifesto represents a shift from motion without movement to result-oriented leadership, adding that it reflects Makinde’s vision for national unity, economic growth, good governance and improved welfare for all Nigerians.

He further stated that Governor Makinde’s track record in Oyo State, particularly in education, healthcare, workers’ welfare, infrastructure and security, stands as clear evidence of capacity, sincerity and purposeful leadership.

He called on Nigerians, especially youths, women, professionals and advocates of good governance, to rally behind Makinde’s presidential ambition, stressing that Nigeria shall be great again under his leadership.

MINARA reaffirmed its commitment to mobilising grassroots support for Makinde across all states of the federation through sensitisation, advocacy and community engagement ahead of the election, while urging supporters to remain united, peaceful and focused.
