NUJ Oyo Felicitates Ex-Officio Member Khalid Imran
…Council praises his commitment to journalism and union service
The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State Council, has felicitated with one of its Ex-Officio members, Mr. Khalid Adewale Imran, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a committed unionist and dedicated journalist.
The statement was signed by the Secretary of the Council, Mr. Dayo Adu in a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the Council’s executives and members, the Chairman of the Council, Mr. Akeem Abas, commended Mr. Imran for his loyalty, diligence, and unwavering commitment to the ideals and objectives of the NUJ.
The Council noted that Mr. Imran’s valuable support, wise counsel, and active participation in union activities have contributed immensely to the unity, growth, and development of the Oyo State Council of the NUJ.
According to the statement, the celebrant has continued to make positive contributions to the journalism profession and remains a dependable colleague whose service to the union is highly appreciated.
The Council prayed that Almighty God would grant Mr. Imran good health, greater wisdom, abundant blessings, and many more years of fruitful service to humanity and the journalism profession.
