The Chairman, Oyo State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Akin Fagbemi, has expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, FNSE, for the confidence reposed in him and the opportunity to serve the people of the state.
Dr. Fagbemi described his appointment as a great honour and a call to higher responsibility, pledging continued commitment to the vision of accessible, quality, and people-centred healthcare delivery in Oyo State.
He also thanked Governor Makinde for the warm birthday greetings, prayers, and goodwill messages extended to him, noting that the gesture further motivates him to give his best in service to the state.
The Chairman equally extended his sincere appreciation to the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr. Oluwaserimi Ajetunmobi, for her kind birthday greetings, leadership support, and unwavering dedication to the development of the health sector in Oyo State.
Dr. Fagbemi acknowledged the Commissioner’s collaborative spirit and described her support as instrumental to the effective functioning of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board.
He also appreciated the management and staff of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board for their numerous felicitations and goodwill messages during his birthday celebration.
Special commendation was given to the Permanent Secretary, Directors, Medical Doctors, Nurses, and all other categories of staff for their prayers, solidarity, and continuous cooperation.
Dr. Fagbemi noted that the dedication and professionalism of the board’s workforce remain central to achieving sustainable improvements in healthcare service delivery across the state.
