The Chairman, Oyo State Hospital Management Board (OYSHMB), Dr. Akin Fagbemi, has congratulated all staff of the Board and members of the health family across Oyo State for their dedication, resilience, and commitment to quality healthcare service delivery.
In a congratulatory message released by his media aide and signed by Dr. Fagbemi, he described health workers in the state as the backbone of the healthcare system, whose professionalism and sacrifice continue to sustain public confidence in government-owned health facilities.
He applauded doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory scientists, allied health professionals, administrators, and support staff for their unwavering commitment to duty, especially in the face of growing healthcare demands.
“Your dedication, discipline, and sense of responsibility have continued to uphold the standards of healthcare delivery in Oyo State. You remain a vital pillar in the actualisation of the state government’s vision of accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare for all,” Dr. Fagbemi stated.
The OYSHMB Chairman noted that the collective efforts of health workers have contributed significantly to improved service delivery across secondary healthcare facilities, adding that their commitment aligns with the broader reforms being implemented under the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde.
Dr. Fagbemi further assured staff of the Board and the wider health family of the government’s continued support, particularly in the areas of welfare, capacity building, and infrastructural development, aimed at creating a more enabling working environment.
