OYRTMA Issues Traffic Awareness on Efunsetan Round-about, Challenge as Tanker Laden with Gas Overturns

The Executive Chairman Oyo state Road Transport Management Authority (OYRTMA), Mogaji Akin Fagbemi has drawn the attention of motorists and commuters to a road accident along Methodist inward Efunsetan Round-about, Challenge, Ibadan involving a long trailer, fully ladden with Automative Gas Oil (AGO) that overturned with it’s content.

According Fagbemi while addressing National Daily News said men and officers of the agency are at the scene to maintain safety of all road users and residents of the environment.

He further added that the Oyo state Fire Service had been contacted and moving inward to the incident.

The OYRTMA Boss averred that the injured persons had been moved to a nearby hospital as no death was recorded.

His words: “Our men and other security agencies on ground are ensuring easy traffic flow while efforts are on to evacuate the affected vehicle as soon as possible.

“Consequently, we implore commuters around that axis to drive carefully and obey the traffic officers on duty.
