The Chief Executive Officer of Fendini Group, Prince Adelaja Adeoye, has announced the successful completion of his Master’s Degree in Property Development and Management (MPDM) from Lead City University, Ibadan, marking a significant milestone in his professional and academic trajectory.

According to Adeoye, the achievement follows years of dedicated study and reflects his commitment to advancing expertise in Nigeria’s dynamic real estate sector.

He noted that the advanced knowledge gained from the program has further strengthened his capacity as a property developer with a portfolio spanning upscale residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality developments.

Adeoye emphasized the importance of competence and continuous learning within the industry, particularly for stakeholders interacting with regulators, government agencies, and investors.
