Olaoluwa Mourns Late Ibadan Businessman, Lamidi Ajadi

The President, Peter Olaoluwa Foundation, (POF), Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi popularly called OPA on Friday condole family of late Ibadan businessman Lamidi Ajadi who passed on Tuesday.

Olaoluwa, in a statement, described the passage of Chief Ajadi as sad and unexpected.

Ajadi died at a very ripe age at his Ibadan residence on Tuesday.

Olaoluwa explained that Ajadi in his lifetime contributed to the socio-economic development of Ibadanland and Oyo State in general.

He described Ajadi as a good man and detribalised indigene of the state who assisted many people in different life endeavours.

OPA urged the children and the entire family of late Chief Lamidi Ajadi to take solace in belief that he lived a good life and lived for Almight Allah and for humanity.

Ajadi, a renowned Nigerian businessman and tyre dealer, was based in Ibadan. He founded Lamidi Ajadi & Sons Nigeria Limited in 1952, when he was a relatively young businessman.

He built a reputable tyre dealership business, supplying automotive components to individual and corporate clients, governments, and sovereign institutions.
