Oyo Christian Journalists Sympathise with Ajimobi Family Over Daughter’s Demise
The Nigerian Association of Christian Journalists, NACJ, Oyo State Chapter, has expressed its heartfelt condolences to the Ajimobi family over the death of Abisola Kola-Daisi, the eldest daughter of the late Governor Abiola Ajimobi.
The association, in a statement issued on behalf of its chairman, Com. Lekan Shobo Shobowale, by the Public Relations Officer, Com. Adeola Badru, noted that the loss of Abisola is a significant blow not only to the family but to the entire state, highlighting her contributions to society and the legacy of her father.
According to the statement, “Abisola was a beacon of hope and inspiration for many, and her passing left a void that will be felt deeply by all who knew her. We join the family in mourning this profound loss.”
“In times of sorrow, we must come together as a community to support one another. The Ajimobi family has given so much to Oyo State, and now it is our turn to stand by them in their time of grief.”
The association, however, urged the public to remember Abisola for her vibrant spirit and dedication to service, emphasising that her legacy will live on through the lives she touched.
“We may have lost a daughter, but her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all she inspired. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Ajimobi family during this difficult time.”
“May God grant the family she left behind the strength to bear this irreplaceable loss, and may her soul rest in eternal peace,” the statement concluded.
