Nigerian Dental Association Seeks Collaboration with OYSHMB

The Chairman Oyo State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Akin Fagbemi has assured Nigerian Dental Association that the board would continue to support every organization within the board to achieve sustainable goals and objectives that provide excellence in health and wellness to the people of Oyo State.

The Chairman made assurance during the courtesy visit of the Nigerian Dental Association to the Chairman Oyo State Hospital Management Board, at the State Secretariat to solicit more support and cooperation from the board.

Earlier in her address, The Chairman Nigerian Dental Association, Oyo State Chapter, Dr. Akintola Adeola appreciated Dr. Akin Fagbemi Fagbemi’s efforts since his appointment as the chairman of the board.

She solicited for the support and cooperation of the OYSHMB, also praised his leadership role in resolving series of problems within the board, including the strike action embarked upon by the Medical Health Workers Union last year.

In his address, The Chairman Oyo State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Akin Fagbemi encouraged the Nigerian Dental Association to work towards attaining qualitative abd affordable healthcare services, as promised by His Excellency Engr. Oluseyi Makinde, during his electioneering.

The Chairman appealed to the Nigerian Dental Association to always feel free to approach the board for advice and submissions that can help improve health care services in the state.
