The First Lady of Oyo State, Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde has urged all women in the state aspiring for the leadership positions to use their position and their influence to inspire and change others for the benefit of the society and the state.

Mrs. Makinde gave the advice during the 2025 Annual women of influence Revival Network called : “The Builders Summit” With the Theme: “Equipping Leaders and Builders for Impact and National Transformation”, held at Golden Tullip, Ibadan, Oyo State.

The first lady lamented on how people are struggling in life, noting that nobody is ready to train others the way they should be.

She urged all the women of influence to lower their heart to reach those in need and help them to be better persons in life.

Mrs Makinde admonished women of influence in the state to ensure they leave good legacy behind, noting that true leadership is measured by the life touched.

She urged the group of women of influence to use the opportunity of the retreat to learn and inform on how to lift others to be useful for themselves and the state.

Mrs Makinde also advised them to pray for the peace and development of the state .
