Former Head of Service (HOS)and pioneer chair OYRTMA,Elder Okebukola Paid A Courtesy Visit on The Chairman of OYSHMB

The forme Head of service(HOS),a Permanent Secretary and a pioneer chairman of the Oyo State Road Traffic Management Agency(OYRTMA) Elder Ebenezer Okebukola paid a courtesy visit on the chairman of Oyo State Hospitals’Management Board Dr Akin Fagbemi and his management team at the state Secretariat, Ibadan.

The chairman of the OYSHMB in his welcome speech appreciated Elder Okebukola for his fatherly advise all the time especially during his time as the chairman of OYRTMA knowing fully that he is one of his predecessors at the agency.

He further stated that “I believe so much in history and also believe that he that will go far must learn to stand on the shoulder of elders”.

Elder Okebukola is a man of many path including the pioneer member of Voluntary Road Safety Corps tagged Special Marshall in the state.

In his response,Elder Okebukola thanked the management team of OYSHMB led by Dr Akin Fagbemi for their warm welcome to the board and therefore solicited for unwavering support for the chairman.

He emphasize that civil servant are the instrument of policy making and for any political officer holder to be successful there must be a cordial relationship between the civil servant and the political appointees.

He therefore reffered Dr Fagbemi as special political office holder, who has dedication and welfare of the staffs at heart.

He prayed for the chairman and his team for more wisdom and understanding to keep the board going and enjoined the member of staff to always cooperate with the chairman so as to move the board to a greater height.
