Ibadan Patriots rejoice with newly coronated 43rd Olubadan, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin

The Ibadan Patriots (TIP), an affiliate of Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) has congratulated the newly coronated Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland.

The Club extolled leadership qualities of Oba Olakulehin who was installed as Mogaji of his family Compound as well as Jagun Balogun of Ibadanland about four decades ago.

A congratulatory message by TIP President, Patriot Adebisi Adekunle which was made available to journalists by the spokesman of the Club, Patriot Ademola Alabi stated that all Indigenes and residents of Ibadanland should be optimistic of positive change and development Oba Olakulehin’s reign will bring to Ibadan city.

He prayed for divine wisdom, longevity and sound health for the reverred monarch.

The President also expresses his heartfelt gratitude to the President General of CCII, Barrister Ajeniyi Ajewole and his Team on the successful completion and unveiling of a befitting Palace for the Olubadan of Ibadanland.

Patriot Adebisi also felicitates with all members of CCII’s Constituent Clubs on the ongoing annual Ibadan Week Cultural Festival which its Grandfinale is scheduled for Saturday, July 27, 2024.
