Osun state Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has encouraged business owners and entrepreneurs to adapt to current situation in Nigeria, and see it as opportunity to innovate and adjust their business models to thrive in hard economic times.
Governor Adeleke gave the words of encouragement on Friday, while commissioning Dangote Refinery Booking Office, at Odo-Ona Apata, Ibadan, Oyo State.
The Governor noted that opportunities exist for business people who can innovate and adjust their operational models even during economic challenges.
Adeleke therefore congratulated the CEO of Dangote Refinery Booking Office, Mrs. Motunrayo Ajeigbe Akinlosotu, for her resilience and determination in seeing her dreams come to fruition.
Earlier in her address, the CEO of Dangote Refinery Booking Office, Mrs. Motunrayo Ajeigbe Akinlosotu, was full of gratitude to God for making her age-long dream come true.
According to Mrs Akinlosotu, the booking office that has a capacity for more than a billion naira in product transactions, was ready to serve clients from far and near with petrol, diesel among other products of Dangote.
Dignitaries in the Governor Adeleke’s entourage include, Osun State Commissioner for Science and Innovations, Honourable Maruf Ayofe and South West Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, Honourable Kamarudeen Ajisafe.
Family members, relatives, friends and associates from all walks of life gathered at the ceremony that also featured cutting of cake, photo session, merriment and entertainment.
