Prince FM’s Correspondent, Ogunbusola bags FEIPA Fellowship Award
A correspondent with Prince 89.7FM and Oyo State Governor, Olawale Ogunbusola has added another credit to his academic achievement as he bagged a fellow of Eccolerite Institute For Peace Advancement with the membership no: EIPA/G/0170.
The 5th Investiture of the fellowship Award which held at the Balogun Subomi Hall, University Of Ibadan on Saturday drew scholars, ambassadors and reputable broadcast journalists.
In his welcome address, African Representatives, Prowess University, Delaware, USA, Prof. Eze Nwauba, represented by a senior scholar, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Dr. Olaolusegun Ayodele noted that it is necessary for the country to appreciate citizens who have affected her positively which in no small will spur them, and others to do more towards greater development.
In a summit lecture titled, ” Evaluation of Human Capital Development as a strategy for increasing productivity in an organization”,delivered by a professor of Economics from a Togolese University , Olubodun Olayiwola highlighted the need to give room for skill development for a worthwhile human capital development of any nation.
Olubodun lamented that premium placement on certification is a bane of poor economic productivity in African countries, including Nigeria.
He noted that every organization should encourage individual and corporate training towards having a productive economic structure, such as in the United Kingdom, United States of America, USA, China, Finland, among others.
While inducting the fellows, the President, Eccolerite Institute for Peace Advancement, Dr. Akande Kazeem Babatunde charged the new fellowship recipients to ensure, within their capacities, strengthen peace of the nation; called them to remain good ambassadors of the Institute, respective families and the nation at large.
Speaking with newsmen, Prince FM, Oyo Governor’s correspondent, author of many literary works, one of which ‘Too Late To Regret’ is on Oyo State Literature lists from 2023 to 2026, an educationist and a convener of a yearly school competition, Olawale Ogunbusola vowed to use his new academic feat to the positive development of Nigeria, adding that the fellowship award has signalled it a new task ahead for fuller delivery.
Other broadcast journalists, who were his co-recipients include oyetayo Oladimeji of FreshFM, Ambassador Afolabi Olayemi Olaniyi of Jamz FM and Ishola Abass of Solutions FM.
