Housing: Rayfield Gardens City tops list of modern Estate in Ibadan, says Fendini Group
The Management of Fendini Group, the Developer of Rayfield Gardens City Estate, has said that its estate would be the leading one among all the modern estate projects in Ibadan, Oyo State Capital.
This was stated by the head of the Company’s head of Customer Relations, Miss Hally AbdulRafiu during a brief Interview with Journalists on the infrastructural qualities embedded in the estate.

She stated that “We are building a super efficient security network within the Estate, to make it look like a fortress, where visitors will have to go through series of checks, and confirmation from their host via electronic codes and others, to ensure that those with no business in the Estate cannot gain access.
“If you look around, you will see that we have started the installation of our Electricity poles and power Infrastructures, this is to enable all Subscribers and home owners connect power to their homes immediately their houses are completed.
“Also, you can see that our Street Lights are already Installed making the Estate very illuminated at night, and they are all Solar Powered.
“We are making deliberate efforts to achieve Zero noise, near Zero Pollution and clean air in the Estate.
“All Subscribers are encouraged to Install at least, 15KVA Solar power in their homes to replace Generators.
“So, we are working round the clock to provide our people with modern living Experience here in Ibadan.
