Protest: Angry Oyo workers observe Juma’t prayer outside secretariat main gate

Civil servants under the umbrella of the Nigerian Labour Congress Oyo State chapter, observed Jumat Prayer at the frontage of government secretariat while pressing home their demand from the state government.

The Juma’t prayer was in line with the industrial action going-on in the state while demanding that oyo state government should meet up to their need.

While addressing journalists, the chairman Nigeria Labour Congress oyo state chapter, Comrade Kayode Martin called on governor Seyi makinde to address their demands noting that if the demand are not been addressed the union will not call off the industrial action going on in the state.

He further said that by the end of today the union we call for the Congress and decide on the next line of action if their need are not been addressed at the of today.

Today mark day five of the industrial action by the labour union in the state.
