OYSROMA Begins Rehabilitation of Adeoyo Road
….as it reiterates commitment to ensure all roads are in good shape
Oyo state government has reaffirmed its commitment to ensure that roads in the state will not be left in disreputable condition.
This was stated by the Executive chairman of Oyo state Road Maintenance Agency, Hon. Busoye Ogunlade while embarking on rehabilitation of Adeoyo Road in Ibadan.
While addressing Journalists, Hon Ogundele said that the agency has been empowered by Governor Seyi Makinde to implement Operation Zero potholes across the state.
He assured the good people of the state that the agency will not relent in ensuring that all disrepair roads will be rehabilitated in due time encouraged everyone to exercise patience.
Hon. Ogunlade stated that “The week, we began the rehabilitation of Adeoyo roads according to the promise His Excellency governor Seyi Makinde made to the people of Oyo state that no road in Oyo state will be left in poor condition.
“The OYSROMA team have started taking the right step and procedures in making the road more motor-able for road users in that area and this will bring more ease to business, movement and livelihood in that area and everywhere that surrounds it.
“This rehabilitation process will keep spreading round to all other areas that need rehabilitation as we have commenced since last year and all roads in Oyo state will be in their best condition as soon as possible.
“We therefore regret any inconvenience this repair work might cause, he said.
