Adeniyi Akintola Pays Condolence Visit to Oyo Town

Legal Luminary and Governorship Aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Oyo State, Chief Adeniyi Akintola SAN, has paid a condolence visit to the family of His Imperial Majesty, the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III at the Alaafin’s Palace, Oyo.
During the condolence visit, Chief Akintola, SAN, described the late Alaafin Lamidi Adeyemi as a first class Monarch who had the love of his people at heart.
Chief Akintola SAN who was the legal counsel to the late monarch said Alaafin would be remembered for his vast knowledge about the Yoruba people and their culture, their neighbours and his wisdom which he utilised in developing, Oyo town ,the State and Nigeria as a whole.
The legal Icon said the monarch would be greatly missed for his fatherly roles on many national issues.
Ọba Lamidi Adeyemi, 83 years, joined his ancestors on Friday, April 22, 2022 and was buried on Saturday, April 23.
Oba Adeyemi was Alaafin of Oyo for 52 years.
