Also applauding IFA’s monetary rewards, the Chairman of Sports Writers Association on Nigeria Oyo State Chapter Mr Niyi Alebiosu noted with pleasure that the gesture of the football governing body in Ibadan is timely and commendable.
“This motivation from IFA came at the right time. It came at the time when the team is facing public reactions to the reported sack and recall of 17 players of the team. So, this gesture is timely, soul lifting and very commendable”, Alebiosu noted.
